2) To join Fatdog Exchange you must fill out the entry form on the home page. You will be asked to provide your email address and to a unique user name. Online entrants must complete the entire entry form that will follows the user name entry to be eligible for prizes. Personal information will be totally pirvate and will not be passed on to any other organisation or person.
Multiple entries submitted by a single person, whether via online, are void. Fatdog Exchange assumes no responsibility for lost, late entries or mail, or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of Fatdog Exchange.

3) This contest is open only to legal residents of the countries, that do not prohibit such contests in law. Where the winner is a resident of such a country the winner will be the next ranking player. Players must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Fatdog Exchange and their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, promotion, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter.

4) By entering, participants release and hold harmless sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and/or agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or acceptance or use of any prize won.

5) Fatdog Exchange is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this contest. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

6) The contest is void where prohibited.
